Quick Booking LLC provides travel coordination and booking assistance. Hotels, airlines, transportation and other travel components are fulfilled by independent suppliers under their applicable rules.

2. Service and fulfillment

Customers provide destination, dates, travelers and requested services. We return written options showing available components, quoted pricing, material supplier conditions and next steps. No itinerary is final until accepted and confirmed in writing. Fulfillment is normally electronic through confirmation, itinerary details, vouchers or supplier references after approval, payment when required, and supplier confirmation. Expected timing appears in the quote or confirmation.

3. Pricing and authorization

Availability and price may change until confirmed. Before payment, the customer receives the amount, currency, included services and material restrictions. A charge is initiated only after express approval through the provided payment process. A receipt or written confirmation is supplied for completed payments.

4. Payment security

Never send a full card number, security code, bank credential or password through ordinary email or SMS. Enter payment information only in the secure checkout or processor-hosted flow provided for the transaction. Processors may tokenize card data and apply their own security, fraud and privacy controls. Suspected unauthorized use should be reported promptly to the card issuer and finance@quick-bookings.com.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Eligibility, change fees, no-show rules and timing depend on the written supplier terms accepted for the booking. We explain known material restrictions before confirmation and process eligible requests under those terms.

6. Verification and disputes

To protect customers and comply with law or payment-network rules, we may request reasonable identity, traveler, billing or booking-purpose verification; screen or pause a transaction; or decline activity that appears unauthorized, unlawful, sanctioned or materially inconsistent. Contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can review the quote, approval, receipt, supplier confirmation and fulfillment evidence. This does not limit non-waivable legal or card-network rights.
